The beauty of life is only given to those who choose to make it beautiful. Your happiness is the mirror to that beauty, what are you reflecting today?

Here's a checklist personally designed for you to help you achieve that positive mental state;

What you have just written are Choices. Your choices are guiding you in life. And what you repeatedly do is making your life, calling it a Habit.

The choices you have made in the past are planted in you - they are your mental blueprint. If want to change that blueprint you have to redesign it by making a conscious life choices.

Life is what you make it. Just like a garden, you need to take good care of it. Do not allow the circumstances or condition around you to ruin it. And never run in an auto-pilot. 

Sometimes, we are letting others to take control of our life. You are blessed if that person taking control is aware of where he/she is leading you. But what if not?

1. You have written it! Read it to yourself with feelings.  
2. As you work today, remember them -  your choices.
3. Do it in the next 21 days - that is how you form new habits.

What you repeat, you master but what you don't use, you lose.

You are self-made. Choose to stay strong and positive by building that I AM happy state.
