Welcome to 2019!

I hope that my introduction gave you the excitement you needed to awaken your sleeping giant and to set your personal goal for this year.

What is goal setting for you?

Goal setting is a process of crafting a clearer, simplified and realistic action plan to achieve a specific goal. That is according to me.

I do not believe in luck but timing. And if you do not identify your personal goal this year, you are wasting the most precious commodity you have - TIME.

Before you start, please remember that these are personal notes, please take personal caution in applying them. The result is always up to you :-) I have no intention of judging you for being who you are, you are amazing!


WORK ONE: Know Your Starting Point
In order for you to know where to go, you must first contemplate on your starting point. Where are you now in your life? You are powerful, you are beautiful, you are talented, you are important, you can do it! But you can only be as powerful as you want to be by knowing where you are at the moment.
The "where you are question" can be answered through these categories:
- Relationship
- Finance
- Health
- Spiritual
- Lifestyle
- Purpose
And you can add more.
If you can rate these categories from 1-5, 5 being the highest. How would you rate them?
Here: The category with the least rating could be a good starting point.
If you've rated finance with the least number, why not start your process from that? You are giving it 1 or 2 because maybe you are unhappy with how your financial situation happened last year.
And maybe, you are giving too much time on your finance and you are sacrificing or forgetting to nurture your relationship with others or even yourself.
Health could be tricky too. Not because you have no symptom it does not mean that you are not or you cannot be sick. How do you make sure that you keep your energy at its peak to continue living your life's adventure?
Are you connected spiritually? Do you accept yourself, the things you can control over those that you cannot? Do you seek for perfection instead of passion? Have you forgiven your past? How do you express the love for yourself and for others? Align your existence - mind, body and spirit.
Lifestyle. The way you live now is most likely influenced by your environment, are you rating it 1 or 2? If you are not happy with your lifestyle, what makes you stay there? Your lifestyle is your personal style of living, don't you think it's about time for you to improve it?
Did you really rate it? At some point, we do not really know our purpose. Your passion is activated by your purpose. Are you passionate at what you are doing?
